The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill,2020 (Building Bridges Initiative) has been submitted to the County Assembly by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for consideration pursuant to Article 257 (5) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010. 

Pursuant to Article 10 (2) and 196(1)(b) of the Constitution of Kenya and Section 87 of the County Government’s Act,2012  and Kericho County Assembly Standing Order 205 (5), the Justice and Legal Affairs  Committee of the Assembly invites interested  members of the public to submit any representation they may have on  the  Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill,2020   to the Clerk of the Assembly, P.O. The County Assembly shall be conducting public participation across the county on Thursday 11th April 2019 on three bills namely:
1. The Kericho Revenue Administration and Management Bill, 2019
2. The Kericho Rating Bill , 2019
3.The Kericho Inspectorate Service Bill, 2019

Kericho County Assembly Speaker Dominic Rono Thursday signed the Certificate of Authority to publish the Kericho County Appropriation Bill,2018.
