Kericho County Assembly Speaker Dominic Rono Thursday signed the Certificate of Authority to publish the Kericho County Appropriation Bill,2018. This was after seven days lapsed without the Governor assenting the bill into law.This paves the way for the Publication of the Act in line with Article 199 of the Constitution.The publication will operationalize the Act and making it to be an Act of the County Assembly of Kericho.
